Shipping

All Salut Adore products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Standard shipping: 1-4 weeks

Express shipping (Candles): 1-2 business days

As our products are handcrafted, slight delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing salutadore@gmail.com with 2–3 clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

After inspection and approval, we will be happy to offer an exchange for the damaged product.

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for exchange.

Each Salut Adore piece is handcrafted, and natural variations in color, texture, and finish are part of its unique character. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours for standard shipping only. Express orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
